Terms of Service
These terms set out the rules for using the MriiaBot service: what we provide, what you are responsible for, how billing works, and how either side can end the arrangement.
1. Who provides the service
The service is provided by Oleh Ruslanovych Kuziv, a sole proprietor (ФОП) registered in Ukraine ("we", "the service"), at https://mriiatech.duckdns.org. Contact: olkuziv@gmail.com.
By signing up or connecting an Instagram account you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.
2. What the service does
MriiaBot receives messages from your Instagram business account's Direct inbox, composes a reply with a language model using your prompt and product catalogue, and sends it to the customer. Difficult conversations are handed over to a human manager via Telegram.
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation: it depends on the Instagram Graph API, language-model providers, Telegram and our hosting, any of which may be temporarily unavailable.
3. Account and Instagram connection
- sign-in uses Facebook Login; you are responsible for keeping your Facebook account secure;
- you confirm that you are entitled to connect the Instagram business account and act on its behalf;
- you are responsible for everyone who uses your panel;
- one account corresponds to one connected Instagram account.
4. Your content and your responsibilities
The prompt, shop profile, catalogue and photos you upload remain yours. You grant us a limited right to store and process them solely to operate the service.
You warrant that you hold the rights to the material you upload, and you agree not to use the service to:
- sell goods or services whose distribution is restricted or prohibited by law;
- send spam or bulk messages, or take any action that breaches Meta's policies;
- mislead customers about the fact that they are talking to an automated system;
- collect payment card details, passwords or other sensitive information over Direct;
- circumvent technical limits, place excessive load on the service, or reverse-engineer it.
5. Automated replies
Replies are generated by a language model and may be inaccurate. You remain responsible for what is said on behalf of your shop, including prices, delivery terms and any commitments the bot makes. We recommend testing the bot's behaviour in the built-in test chat and escalating difficult conversations promptly.
6. Billing
- charges accrue per processed message at the rate of the selected model tier;
- current rates are shown in the panel and may change; we announce changes in the panel in advance;
- your spend for the current period is visible in the "Usage" section;
- we may suspend message processing if payment is not made.
7. Personal data
Data processing is described in our Privacy Policy. For your customers' messages you are the data controller and we act as processor on your instructions. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for that processing and for informing your customers.
8. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for lost profit, lost customers or reputational harm caused by outages, inaccurate model output, or actions taken by Meta (including restricting or blocking your Instagram account). Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service over the preceding three months.
9. Suspension and termination
You may disconnect your Instagram account from the panel at any time; the bot then stops processing messages. You may also delete your account and all its data yourself, from the "Delete account and data" page. Deletion is immediate, permanent and requires no request to us; neither the account nor its data can be restored afterwards. The agreement ends at the moment of deletion, which does not affect your obligation to pay for messages processed before it. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms, Meta's policies or the law are breached, giving you notice except where delay would create a risk.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always available at this address and the revision date appears at the top. Material changes will be announced in the panel; continued use of the service means you accept the new version.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. Disputes are to be resolved by negotiation and, failing that, by the courts of Ukraine having jurisdiction.
